Day 10 – Second day in Las Vegas

Our second day in Las Vegas started rather late compared to our first day over here. We had a light bite for breakfast and walked down the Las Vegas Strip from the Cosmopolitan hotel to the MGM Grand which is well known for boxing events. On this way we also entered the Coca Cola shop as well as the M&M's world. Both those shops are amazing if you like their products. You cannot imagine such big shops branded with a sugar lemonade brand or chocolate candy brand. As we could not resist we did some shopping in these stores and we also watched a 3D movie („I lost my „M“ in Vegas“).

After a lunch buffet we continued our crosswalk along the hotel lobbies which we did not see so far. We went along the Strip into the North direction and did a tour of most of the major hotels located on this side. It is very interesting to see the differences between those hotels. Some of them are just like huge gambling halls/casinos while others have a beautiful set up or interesting architecture. Our favorites were the Paris and the Venetian which had nice city scene setups including a fake sky.

In the evening we went by car to those hotels which are located a little further down the Strip. We visited the free shows of the Circus Circus (artists show) and of the Mirage (volcanic lights and fires). Unfortunately, the Sirens of Pleasure Island was not shown due to strong wind conditions.
